My Angelfish have swimming Frye and they have spawned more eggs
My Angelfish are in a 2ft tank on there own and have free swimming Frye some have developed there fins but the parents have laid more eggs will they eat there young to protected there eggs, or will these eggs become swimmers

It's reasonably common, but whilst some pairs will try to tend both eggs & youngsters, often conflicts can occur. If possible remove the young to another tank, otherwise you're best to remove the eggs & probably the parents at this stage.

i was watching them earlier and noticed that a few of the fry were eating the eggs just checked and the eggs have gone not sure if the parents have moved them or they`ve been eat

That can happen, the danger is that the parents are so intent on defending the eggs they kill the fry, or that the fry pig out on so many eggs that they suffer digestive complaints. But sometimes it's seems to be a good way for the parents to convert their food into nutrition for the youngsters.
