Latest arrivals - Blue/Gold cross
I put the Gold male and Blue that I bought from Rob together again at the end of last week, they spawned at the weekend and two days ago I got some wrigglers.
They must be novices at this game because strangely they haven't removed the infertile ones that have fungused. Still the majority are wriggling and showing some variance in colour. Some are almost white and some darker so looking like I'll get some of each of the parents. What did you say the blue is carrying Rob?
Picture here.

Re: Latest arrivals - Blue/Gold cross
Hi Trevor,
Some would call her a blue silver gold marble ghost, but personally I hate names where multiple colours get rolled together!
She is Gm/+ - S/+ - pb/pb
in other words, she has a gold marble and a stripeless gene
Assuming there are no hidden genes in the male, you should expect 50% gold marbles (half of which would be gold marble ghosts, but it's very difficult to tell them apart; the ghosts often have fewer black markings than their non-ghost siblings), 25% silvers and 25% silver ghosts.

More pictures. The female decided after they had spawned that she didn't want the gold male anywhere near her family and starting husband battering so I had to remove him. She continues to look after the batch which will be free swimming any day now.
I'm looking forward to seeing what I get from this pairing.
