Angelfish Green Growth on Eye HELP!!

Hi Guys

I just noticed my female angelfish has a green type growth on her eye.  I have attached some pictures,  anybody have any idea what it could be?.  I started dosing with Melafix in the hope that it will sort it out.

Not very easy to see from the photos, but it looks like it may be a damaged area due to hole in the head (a protozoan infection) which now has bacterial/fungal & possible algal growth in it.
The actual damaged area looks like the HitH infection may be long gone, but as a precaution I'd treat with Octozin, followed by a course of ESHA 2000 which should clear up the bacterial/fungal infection.
