Was wondering
Have come home today to discover a poorly looking angel and a deceased otto
Have done a 25% change (was due sunday) , even though all parameters were as normal.
Hmmm.
Fingers crossed she'll pull through my wee veil tail . Doesnt look great though . Currently a  bit listless at the bottom of the tank .

Also looking incredibly thin compared to yesterday. Will keep an eye out, cant help but think she needs wormed.
There has been a couple of new additions into the tsnk recently but they sailed througn QT

Had hoped for a more positive first post in ages .

yes, sorry to hear that, silly question, but have you checked temperature?
Also try using a magnifying glass (or old pair of glasses) to check the surviving fish over.

hi
yeah double checked temperature 25.5
was a bit of a hiccupp around a month ago when heater (and backup heater) jammed.
today discovered another otto that looks like its had a bit of a hiding from something, all beaten up round one of its eyes.
beginning to think that whilst i wasn't looking someone has been a bit of a bully, overly harrassing the lonely veiltail leading to stress and reduced immune system et al.
its about all i can come up with as everything else seems relativly fine
