Sexing my new angel fish adults
Hi All
I recently bought these two angels, they do seem of a different shape, but I have no idea on the sex. Any help would be appreciated? Thanks Thinus

Re: Sexing my new angel fish adults
The top one looks to be displaying a female breeding tube, she also appears quite fat around the abdomen, so I'd say female.
The second one is very hard to call, but it does look very hollow bellied, if you haven't done so already, I'd consider worming it urgently.

Re: Sexing my new angel fish adults
Lets first make sure we are all talking about the right fish, I would say the top fish has 2 black bars and the bottom fish has 1 black bar.
With that in mind 1 bar is a female.
2 bars is a male.
I hope that's what you where hoping for.
