Decapsulated brine shrimp eggs
Has anybody any comments on feeding decapsulated brine shrimp eggs instead of baby brine shrimp ?

I use Decaps on my younsters BUT it must be soaked in water for at least 10 mins!
For new freeswimmers I usualy use freshly hatched brine shrimp or if that is not possable then Ocean Nutrition does an instant brineshrimp that works well for Angels and then from a week onewards they are fine with decaps.
As always the freshly hatched brineshrimp is best but as an alternative the instant & decaps do work well.

You may be able to get some at the convention. I got mine from oceon nutrition as part of a photo comp prize.

Although IMO you can't beat live baby brine shrimp. The fact that it moves triggers the feeding response in young fish.
Hatching your own is also a lot more economical.
