Some special angels/pairs
As mentioned elsewhere I usually just take my excess adult fish to the shop (my shop) where they sell through pretty quickly. But on this occation, I've had to thin out some of my more unusual fish. If anyone is interested pm me here, or contact me at the shop 01452 862791. At present all are in quarantene, but will be going on general sale in about a week's time. At present they are collection only, but if interested, but unable to collect do contact me and I'll see what we can work out.
there are a couple of parent raising proven pairs at £59.00 per pair:-
Pair 1
Male Chocolate Paraiba (+/g - S/S - Sm/Sm - pb/pb)
paired with
Female Pinoy (D/+ - +/+ - +/+ - pb/pb) This fish was one of the orignal Ken Kennedy Import in 2010
It's fair to say that neither is an outstanding fish, the female in particular has very poor body shape, and the male, 'though nice, is not as big and chunky as some of his siblings, but they do produce very nice young, 50% smokey blue ghosts and 50% smokey pinoy ghosts. I've only kept pinoy offspring, but their finnage is great, and body shape is generally much better than Mum's. and as Lisa mentioned elsewhere, a chocolate paraiba is a pretty rare beast! See this thread for photos of their youngsters. http://www.uk-angelfishforum.org.uk/t133-very-pinoying
Pair 2
Male blue chocolate ghost (+/+ - S/+ - +/+ - Sm/Sm - pb/pb),
Female black clown veiltail (D/+ - S/Z - V/+ - +/+ - +/+)
They are the pair from this thread
http://www.uk-angelfishforum.org.uk/t95-not-pinoys
I've also taken in a number of single adult fish that will be selling at £15.90 each
these include :-
A lone Ken Kennedy bred, female zebra pinoy
(again not one of the best body shapes)
A blue clown (sex unknown) (S/Z - pb/pb)
(this photo is either of the fish in question, or it's near identical sibling)
Sorry no photos of these....
A blue ghost gold marble (Gm/+ - S/+ - pb/pb)
A Gold marble veiltail (may have a pb gene)
A marble veil (may have a pb gene)
There are also a number of medium marbles (het. for pb) priced at £9.90 each
from this pair
...and some of their younger siblings consisting blues, blue ghosts, smokey blues, and (all het. for pb) silvers, ghosts, smokeys and marbles (no blue marbles yet, I'm keeping all of those for the moment!) - these are all priced at £5.90 each.
Any questions don't hesitate to contact me.

Plenty of choice there Rob. Ken's fish are a bit lemon shaped, but I've noticed quite a lot of the fish on his website are. They always have great fins and colour tho. Unfortunately, I can't order as I'm already growing out 10 from Lisa.

Re: Some special angels/pairs
To be fair to Ken,Ken's fish are a bit lemon shaped, but I've noticed quite a lot of the fish on his website are.
1. Ken had to work with the stock available to him.
2. these are more lemon shaped than most from that batch.
3. the lemon body shape does seem to be associated with the wifi finnage.
4. Since these fish were sent, Ken has been working hard to introduce wild blood into his line, so they are not a fair representation of the fish he's producing today, or even particularily good examples of the fish he was producing 2 1/2 years ago.

As said the shape can be worked on its the colour genetics that are fantastic & after seeing the results of breeding programs with KK fish I want some, but SKINT as usual.

Just to say, both pairs and the lone female pinoy are now sold.
Some of the others are still available.
