Hello from Derbyshire!
Hi guys! I'm El, I live in Derbyshire.
I have a 350l Juwel Trigon which was heavily planted and aquascaped by George Farmer for PFK magasine late last year to give an accurate Amazon theme, and I am finally sorting out its newest residents! They are going to be F1 Leopoldi Angels, hopefully arriving Thursday. I'm very excited, and I joined here so I can hopefully learn how best to look after my new pals.
I have been happily keeping Scalare in there until now, and I still have a couple of 3" long ones that will have to stay bar some kind of angel-based war. I can't in good conscience re-home them at the LFS due to defects.
Anyway, that's me and my rambling in a nutshell.

Re: Hello from Derbyshire!
Thank you Lisa.
I can't really post proper pictures of my setup due to the magasine folk not having returned yet to do the final photo shoot and article.
Also the state my tank is in temporarily doesn't give a good representation of the work they put in. There was a severe algae problem after my first venture into CO2, so everything is now chopped back to regrow fresh. Hopefully in a month I will have some great pics to share with you guys!
I can share my current Angels, I'm quite curious what two of them are. They've been in the wars due to a rogue cichlid, so I have them up in my quarantine/photography tank today.

Re: Hello from Derbyshire!
Thanks for the welcomes guys! I've been really enjoying peeping at all of your photos, so I've posted some of my own now.
When I've done a big tank tidy later tonight/earlier tomorrow, I'll snap some more recent pics. Poor little angels have a few holes though, they mixed with some suddenly broody dwarf cichlids.

Ha ! Chez Vegas, it really is an experience on Fri/Sat night !!!!!!!
I've not been to Spire for a while but I know the new owners quite well, they're a couple of great guys and very enthusiastic aquarists!
