re-homing 2 common pleco's
Hi, I hope this is allowed. My lfs has had 2 common pleco's brought in for re-homing. Both are healthy (I'm unsure of sex) but are looking for a home in a very large tank (6-8ft)
They are 16 inches and 18 inches and are 17 years old. They have lived until last week in a 4ft tank. My lfs know that re-homing them is going to be hard and so I've offered to help by posting on various fish keeping forums that I am a member of.
The lfs are located in Harrogate, North Yorkshire and so they are looking for someone reasonably local who can take them.
If anyone can help then please let me know and I will pass on the details.
Thanks guys

Re: re-homing 2 common pleco's
It might be worth posting a free to good home advert on http://www.aquarist-classifieds.co.uk/
I really like them, but they need a monster aquarium which I don't have.

I'll leave things like that to the lfs. I just said I'd post up something on the forums I'm a member of to try and help them find a home for them.
It's such a shame that it's come to this - 17 years in someone's tank and now they are sat in an lfs begging for a new home. I just hope someone will take them
