These are now 5 month old & will soon be ready for sorting out for future breeders.

Thanks gents im very pleased with them i just wish i could of captured the colour better as the blue is a lot darker in the flesh.
The Chocolate is one of my favs out of the bunch along with the Blue marble in pic 4.
I have around 50 of these growing on & im finding it harder by the day to let any go even though i've already sold 180,But realisticly i know i can only keep a couple of pairs.

Paul

Looking good Paul and looks like you have plenty to choose from.

My first batch are touching 5 weeks freeswimming tomorrow, (Saturday) and growing nicely. I know I have to start culling a few of the less desirables out soon as tank space is at an all time low. The smokey is coming in on the now and as both parents were smokies I got my eyes peeled for choccies. Wink

Thanks Roger,
I have a few to many to be honest but i want to make sure i keep the best out of the bunch,it was quite a large spawn so sorting them out was a pain.
Good luck with the spawn.
I had a few that had ventrals missing but i didnt have to cull them as a few people wanted them which i thought was nice as i dont like having to cull if i can help it.

The chocolates do look nice especialy if they have a streaked gene in them as it does help with spreding the blue a bit more, i find that once you have had a few in a spawn spotting them from the smokeys at an early age does get easier.
Well done & please keep us posted on there progress.
