Hi guys my lfs has some v nice wild Scalares in still at juvenile size but i was unsure how well that will mix with tank breed angles could i be introduceing poss health problems

There are risks in both directions, not only can the wild fish carry diseases that could infect your existing stock, but also your current stock could have been exposed to infections that the wild fish have never encountered. That said, it should be possible if care is taken.

I would quarantine the wild fish in a tank, preferably in a different room from the rest of your stock, for a period of at least 1 month, I'd also treat them with a wormer, unless you're confident that the retailer has already done this.
Once you're happy that they are healthy & settled, introduce a couple of sacrificial fish from your tanks. If after a further month all still seem healthy, then you can safely introduce the wilds to the rest of your stock.
